「The friendless staff」

「Our positive experience began before we arrived. The team organized transportation from the Krabi airport to their location. A driver was waiting at the exit with a sign… no stress travelling! We arrived early, they staff were very accommodating. As soon as the room was ready we were able to check in. Renting scooters from them was also an easy process. When asked if they could help us book a cab, the staff said they would be happy to assist for a small fee. Would definitely recommend! 」

「Il s’agit d’une maison d’hôte très bien située, confortable, abordable et qui offe toutes les commodités. La tenancièrr, Hannah, est d’une grande gentillesse et très serviable et disponible. Je recommande fortement la grande chambre avec toilette et douche privées, même si elle coûte un peu plus cher.」

「This was my second stay at Lanta Ray Bay and i like this place. Just two minutes walk to the beach, many restaurants and massage places nearby. The staff are really great. The rooms are spacious, clean and all what you need. I will stay here next time i visit Koh Lanta.」

「Super clean, beautiful place, but the top was the service. All the ladies are always smiling and helpful and when we had some problem with the agency we booked a tour with, the owner of the hotel was very helpful and extremely professional. We appreciated his help a lot.」
