"Unfortunately, our experience at this villa wasn’t great. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the kitchen and laundry area completely flooded because the washing machine drain hose wasn’t connected. We spent a long time cleaning up water and wringing out towels. Even after reconnecting it, the washer still leaked. The air conditioner in the back bedroom also didn’t work at all.The host apologized and said he was sick that evening, then later confirmed he’d send a technician — but by then, our short...

The pictures do not do this property justice. The rooms were beautifully situated as individual private bungalows. The owners of the property were very nice and answered any questions regarding excursions, moped rentals, etc. The breakfast was delicious. And the cats and dogs on the property were the cutest. I would definitely stay at Mook Lanta again!
