"Have to say we loved everything about our stay at Maasparel Nextdoor. The town of Arcen is lovely. Our room was clean, with great décor, comfortable beds and a awesome view of the river. The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have been happier with our 2 night stay. "

"It was an overall great experience, very friendly staff, comfortable abd charming room, quite spacious, with everything in it to feel at home after a long travel; nice home-made dinner and a variety for breakfast. "Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed. The bed mattress are seriously old amd sogy but all very clean. A tip maybe an extension for coffee maker and kettle would make a bice touch as well as a swit h for the coil fan in the bathroom so a guest dos not...

"An incredible option for a value for money stay in Venlo. You may not get a pool, or a restaurant etc. but you do get all that you actually need and nothing more. No unnecessary frills just the basics done superbly well. A spacious room, decent shower room/toilet/wash-basin etc. Huge tv on the wall opposite the bed. What you do get is location! Sited very close to the railway station, and a 5 ionise walk to the town centre with its array of squares, bars, restaurants, cafés, etc. Shopping is amazing too. Town centre is pedestrianised so it's great for a stroll in the evening and in the day too. Hotel offers complementary pastries and coffee etc. in the morning, and you can have a seat on the terrace out front to have breakfast, or just a beer/coffee. Staff are super nice and welcoming. And all of this comes at a very reasonable price. You get what you want, pay only for what you really need, and don't have to stump up for stuff you just don't need. All in all the best value/quality balance for a stay in Venlo."
