Room was lovely room was accessible, didn't request this but just had knee surgery and the chap on reception gave us the choice. unfortunately we had leave through the night due family emergency. Many thanks hopefully return soon

Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!

The only good thing about this place is that it's convenient for the airport. The room was comfy and clean but the restaurant was disgusting, breakfast was awful.
