「New place so it’s very nice Had room on first floor and couldn’t sleep As there was constant noise maybe from power unit located on sidewalk. Very annoying Great breakfast and lobby staff. 」

「Excellent attentive service from a top class receptionist. The hotel is full of character with nice gardens. Food was good. Rooms comfortable despite a creaky bed. Corridors were a little chilly but then I would expect that in an historic building. Overall a great find in a handy location and definitely worth a repeat visit. 」

「最初にアサインされた部屋ではWiFiが全く入らず、外に出ると繋がる不具合があり、部屋を交換して頂いた。また、当日朝に頼んだLaundryが翌日の午前に返ってくるはずが、夕方になる等、細かい点で当然の期待値に反していたのは残念でした。また、団体での宿泊客の深夜までの騒ぎも聞こえてくる騒音対策はいかがなものでしょうか？　Breakfastも良く、部屋からの眺めもいいだけに残念。」
