「The room was cleaned daily, and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptional — every single member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly exceeded expectations. The spa was the best ever.」

「シャワーの水量が物足りない。
朝食ブッフェは美味しいが、夕食のイタリアンレストラン(レストランは計3つあり)のクオリティが低すぎる。
それ以外は大満足です。」

「Rooms were beautiful, clean & well stocked each day. Grounds immaculate & landscaping lush & tropical. Attention to details everywhere. Staff excellent & food in all restaurants were top notch. Beach is absolutely breathtaking, esp the low tides make for magical photos」

「There were so many flying ants in the room at night when we came back from the pool. The hotel staffs were so slow to take action. I had to ask the reception to solve the problem many time. I will never stay here again.」
