「Arrived late and were greeted by staff who even made us a meal despite the late hour. Room was tired, scuffy with stained cushions. Pillows had dried blood and mold stains so needed changing immediately, which was done. Ours was meant to be Delux Garden View, we had a corridor view through front window and a brick wall view through seriously cement stained back window so we didn't open curtains during our time there. The hot water either scalding or freezing, nothing in-between. The WiFi was off...

「MINUS 10 STARS!! Went from bad to worse from the time we arrived. From having a mess in 1 room since they were building a bed, no toiletries at all as mentioned, Water was not working properly; lights went off in 1 room and the ac and water not working in another. Then went in total darkness with no back-up generator available and we were told it happens all the time. Staff was hard to find even with a 'reception' area. All around a horrible experience. Plus, we forgot to take 1 item...
