「Fabulous little place! Has pools ourside and 1 inside with a hot tub. The beds are super comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the beach was a bit of a walk at 2.5 blocks. And you had to cross 4 lanes of bust traffic during the day. At night it was not an issue as much. I think there needs to a crosswalk put in to help with crossing the road safely. 」

The bed linens from the housekeeper were soft. The kids loved the bunk beds and the very large collection of DVDs- we didn’t use Netflix all week! We had a wonderful stay. 」

「Wonderful property and excellent host. Everything has been updated and is in great shape. Very clean and host is very attentive. Property is on the beach with easy beach access right by the pool. Bonus restroom on the property right by the beach access which is very nice. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need if you want to cook. Would definitely recommend to our friends. 」

「From the minute we booked we knew that Tracey and David were fantastic hosts! They were quick to respond to any questions and communications were timely and clear. We were able to arrive early before check in time and Tracey graciously gave us early access to the condo. The condo was incredibly clean and very well stocked. When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay.」

「Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Walk to the beach and pool was a breeze! 」

「Beautiful property located just on the outskirt of the Town of Duck. A short walk down to the pier/dock sound side and not much of a longer walk to the oceanfront. The property offered plenty of parking and the most comfortable, welcoming home. We would definitely recommend this home when looking for a getaway in Duck/Kitty Hawk NC! 」
