"New and beautiful hotel. Staffs are super friendly. Hotel is state of the art. Front desk and lobby is beautifully furnished. Lawson store located on 1st floor is bonus. Very convenient. We bought food everyday for breakfast. Rooms were clean, loved the shower and toilets. Great hotel for family with kids. Elevators are fast and they have 4 on each side of the hotel so less waiting time. They have shuttle to take you to maihama station, Disneyland and disneySea. Runs on a time schedule so Just take picture of shuttle schedule to have on hand. Just a note: if you book a longer stay of 5 days or more, hotel policy wants you to change to another room after the 5th day. You have to check out before 11am and check back in 3pm. This can be very inconvenient if you have small kids. But it is what it is. Other than that, hotel was great. I would book again and recommend to family and friends. "

"It was easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea from this hotel. There were free shuttle buses that got us directly to Disneyland and a free shuttle that got us to the tram that took us right into Disneysea park. I liked the convenience store and there was a Disney store in the hotel."

"Nice hotel, with easy access to Disneyland/DisneySea plus into Tokyo from Maihama Station. Free bus or ride the monorail (costs) Buffet restaurant was very nice. Outdoor pool which features heavily in images was closed (assumed only opens for the summer season), but inside pool nice enough, even if changing room signage isn't brilliant."
