"The bed & pellow are pretty home-like, I have no problem sleeping with them. Staff are really courteous. But the air-conditioner in my single room is not at the perfect location, where the wind either blows directly behind when you sit, or blows directly on your mat when you sleep. I got a fever on the third day and decided to turn to 27 degree but luckily it works very well. I really prefer all the 'seasonal hotsprings', where you feel the outdoor cold breeze. The gym is a bit small but fairly equipped. "

The onsen was in great condition, loved the free ice creams and morning drinks as well as some nice soft pillows on request. Didn’t try the late night ramen but a nice touch.
