"Was very outdated & not the cleanest.. I was expecting a much nicer experience from what was on shown on pictures. The pool area water was very yellow the kids really didn’t want to get in. It just felt uncomfortable 😣 "

"Check in was at 4pm checked in at 3:30 pm.didn’t get a room until 5:15 pm. walk in room German roaches running across the counter and cabinets. Take photos and videos to show front desk. She tried to tell me she couldn’t put me in another room. I told her I refuse to be in a room with roaches. Put me in a room with a walk in shower. Was suppose to be I a room with a jacuzzi tub. Front desk staff was rude and not much help. This place looks nothing like the pictures. Overall bad experience "

"The rooms were clean but the tub is old with rust stains. The carpets in the hallway outside the room need to be cleaned and there was a musty smell like mildew/sour. I've stayed at lower value chains and have had a better experience. The building is old. Just much to me be done at this “resort” that I don't have the time to notate. The fees are ridiculous for the lack of quality. "
