"Very cold room, wouldn’t warm up. They forgot a drink on room service and when we checked out they could not give an itemised bill to see if we had been charged for it. Bathroom was not very private. Food good and bed comfortable but not clean, we brought our own sheet though."

"The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was in a good location for public transport - we easily got a metro into central Koln. We didn’t pay for breakfast as we felt it was expensive but there was a great cafe a short walk away.
