「Wonderful apartments in Hells Kitchen. This is 2 units with doors side by side. The larger kitchen unit has the living room, 1 full bath and 2 BRs. Those BRs are on the smaller side w a full bed in each. The other unit has the smaller kitchen (still fully equipped), four BRs (2 full, 1 queen, 1 king), the dining table and 1.5 baths. The 2 BR unit got warm (even in February), but there’s a lot of fans to use. There’s a k-cup machine in each unit and even a French press. There’s also a W/D in each...

「Great place in the city. Would rent again and recommend to anyone needing 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom kitchen and couch with tv. Washer and dryer also. All you need and more in NYC. Easy to find. Easy to deal with host. 」

「The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. 」

Like any NY apt the rooms could become very hot but as soon as we figured out the ac units it was all good. The unit was clean and had everything we needed in terms of amenities. We did feel like it could benefit from a good “handyman”- laminate was coming off the table, shower door didn’t close very well, etc. 」
