The hotel was very accommodating, utilized it as a rest stop en route to Florida for vacation. I feel that the cleanliness could have been better but it was perfect stay for a quick sleeping break and definitely pet friendly :)

Property staff has been available for all of my needs. They take the time to get to know there guests during their stay. Without any prejudice towards guests from within the community. As relocation for work has brought me here and the apartment complex has had some difficulties therefore pushing back the move in date. I did not stay at that motel because for one they gave me someone’s room that was already vacant with someone in it when I opened the door for two it was only for crack people who shoot up on drugs. I felt unsafe an asked for my money to be back on my card for this reason.

I went to check in and the guy at the front seemed friendly enough. Althought I booked thru a 3rd party website with a credit card, i was told I needed to put down a $25 deposit with either cash or card. I used a different card than I did with when I booked. I tried to over look the condition of the property which looks like some attempt has been made to paint and update. We only need a place to stop on our way to Flordia for a cruise. The shower appeared dirty, but the beds seemed to be ok. We didnt shower, but just wet our hair when we were getting ready to leave. Nothing was taken or destroyed. When i checked my card after the trip only $10 had been refunded. When i called the property i was put on with a reservation agent. I explained to poor Lorretta that i was trying to figure out why part of my deposit was withheld she said she could not access that information, but was kind enough to give me a customer service number to call. When i called it the automated system wanted an itinerary number. I dont have antravelodge itinerary number because i booked with 3rd party. I called the number for the property and it's no longer in service. I called Loretta back and went theough it again. 4 times i have called back to get no help.

Worst experience ever - all bad reviews are TRUE

It was TERRIBLE. Number 1- they charge you a deposit from 25$-75$ upon arrival that is not disclosed online, Number 2- the pool is not open. It shows a clean, blue, open pool online. In person is what appears to be a sess pool of green slime that is covered by a black tarp & rocks. If you call ahead they say it’s open, Number 2- the rooms are horrendous. The lights don’t work, tv doesn’t work, air conditioning doesn’t work, showers are dirty and don’t work. The owner intentionally gives you dirty stained towels & bed linens. Charges you the deposit, then REFUSES to refund it because —-you’ll never guess—- your towels & linens are stained, Number 4- there’s are absolutely no amenities as listed. No laundry. No breakfast. The “breakfast” is pb crackers which the owner gets mad if you take. Number 5- long term & pet friendly hotel. Hope you’re good with seeing trash piled up all around the grounds. All you have to look at is the trashy areas & the hotel next door. Couldn’t figure out why that one was sold out but this one had 5 people. I figured it out QUICKLY. Number 6- absolutely zero housekeeping & the rooms were filthy upon entry. You are denied a new room as well. The owner will use this against you ok your deposit. Here’s an example “if your room was so filthy why didn’t you ask for a new room?” & when you say you did, reality is denied. The man that owns this place is a crook.

For 50 bucks worth it,for me and my service dog,all i needed was clean sheets even if looks old,stained,smelt of burnt dryer, and a shower, that dribbled..and an area for him to use and easy..towels were stained and smelt of burnt dryer too..there is no pool or breakfast as advertised...frogs live in the pool. I checked in Monday, and housekeeping for extended stay is Tuesdays and Friday's, so i said,see them Friday. Friday all they did,was make my 4 day slept in bed..no clean sheets...pet too ..ugh..and clean stained towels..i caught the non speaking or understanding English..but knew i wanted my sheets cleaned...oh and take lysol spray, wipes,and incense.most important a swiffer to clean the nasty floors. Get what you pay for i guess..lol but served my in and out needs...
