Discover your perfect family vacation lake house, complete with a private boat slip and a cocktail pool right along the shores of Lake LBJ. Bring your own boat and take advantage of the private slip situated outside the wake zone. Nestled among trees just off the main lake, you can enjoy serene outings, fishing, or paddleboarding. This hidden gem is located within a gated community, only 10 minutes from Kingsland, and is close to attractions like an award-winning golf course and spa at Horseshoe Bay. Plus, you’re just a short 15-minute boat ride from Wakepoint, Boat Town Burgers, and only 10 minutes to the sandbar.

The main living areas feature an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen. On the third floor, you’ll find the media loft, an entertainment hub where kids can watch movies or engage in fun ping pong matches. Guests are welcome to use our Peloton bike, while others can relax in the living room. All TVs are ROKU smart TVs, and the home boasts high-speed wireless internet. Whether you need to finish a few work tasks or simply want to unwind with your favorite shows, you’ll stay connected. The chef's kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a gas range, double ovens, dishware for at least 15, high-quality cookware, and small appliances. The dining room comfortably accommodates 15, making it an ideal gathering place for family and friends.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the house offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Additionally, the top floor features three built-in full-size bunks, perfect for kids, teens, or young adults, situated near a lovely full bathroom. Also on that level is a double queen bedroom with a jack and jill bath adjoining a room with two full beds. The master suite, located on the main floor, features a spa-like ensuite bathroom, and you can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the main floor balcony.

We especially appreciate the outdoor spaces, which offer dining options on the main floor balcony and cozy seating off the third-floor balcony next to the media room. Downstairs, the patio includes an outdoor grill, private boat slip, and a cocktail pool that can host all your family and friends! With plenty of room along the private lakeside shoreline, you can fish, launch the three provided paddleboards, swim, or take your boat out for exciting wake sports or a tranquil sunset cruise.

Escape the chaos of everyday life and enjoy a cozy private retreat at the lake, complete with all the amenities of a luxurious home, perfectly situated on the main waters of Lake LBJ in a small, gated community just minutes away by boat or car from Kingsland.

Peaceful & Perfect
