"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. "Very helpful staff but the ambience of the Hotel is in need of upgrading. There were nett curtains missing, The ceiling light in the bathroom was not working and a safe was not supplied. But quiet and clean room with very comfortable bed."

"Staff, food, general bar and entertainment areas all good. Some seats in lift areas on each floor would be helpful for people with mobility issues and parking was a problem. Room was a bit basic even for a standard twin and the beds were extremely narrow but it was well set out and clean."

"Best hotel we have stayed in when visiting family in Cliftonville over the past 2.5 years. If we were being picky then asked for decaf tea but actually given green tea, so had to be thrown away and no cranberry juice at the bar. Overall, it was an excellent hotel and definitely where we will be staying when we visit again. Staff were very helpful and a credit to the hotel."

"We thoroughly enjoyed joyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and inviting. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and we really enjoyed our dinner in the Churchill lounge and Bar. Bathroom was great rnjoyed the heated towels!! Only comment,is our rooms floor slanted and so our heads were higher then our feet while sleeping and we felt lije we were slipping off the bed. . The slant also made you lose your balance. Other then that we loved it all."
