I was running late contacted hotel. They sorted out my late Arrival .super people.

Good hotel close to M5, Parking is £9 overnight payable on arrival. Breakfast is ok - I had to grab and go but looked good.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived and entered our room, we discovered there was no toilet roll in the bathroom. I called reception to ask for some, only to be told that they were too busy to help and that we would have to walk back to reception ourselves — which was approximately a quarter of a mile away. Rather than apologising or offering to resolve such a basic issue, the member of staff actually argued with me over the phone. I found their attitude extremely unhelpful, rude and completely unacceptable. Having toilet roll in a hotel bathroom is a basic expectation, and guests should not have to walk a quarter of a mile to reception to collect it, especially when the problem is the hotel's own oversight. Very poor customer service and certainly not the welcome or experience we expected.
