"Staff over zealous, went out off their way to satisfy us. The location, well, location location loation...amazing. 2 minutes walk to Agia Sofia, 5 minutes to Blue Mosque, 7 minutes to Theodosius Cistern. The rooftop restaurant can't be more.... "

"The hotel is very new , clean and beautiful the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel . Staff is very polite and helpful. Problem was our credit card did not work although they worked everywhere in Istanbul & the same with our friends another couple. it was a disturbing situation and our friends had to put all their cash to the hotel. They have an issue they said maybe with some cards and will try to solve it . No upgrades at Rixos no drinks only free parking for a car we don’t have "

"A beautiful, historic hotel. I am a little uncomfortable with having the porters, etc., that a hotel like this has, but they were kind & helpful. We booked a suite and loved the extra space. Neighborhood is full of restaurants"
