"The hotel is situated in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They understood my food allergy and had a gluten free cookie available at check in..the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Watch the sunset there! The cleaning staff were incredibly nice. Overall great place to stay."

"Beautiful, clean, quiet property, convenient to downtown and to Biltmore Estate. We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary and appreciated the extra touches and hospitality from inn keepers Cherie and Dean. Great breakfasts, lovely happy hour on the front porch with wine and cheese, fresh flowers and fresh-baked treats! We go to Asheville periodically as we live nearby. We normally stay at the Grove Park Inn which has great amenities, but this well-run bed and breakfast provided a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend."
