「When we arrived, the lady at reception was so nice. Friendly, happy, informative, helpful and so polite. The property itself is lovely. Our room was out by the lake. It was lovely and quiet. There is a lovely little walk around the lake which we did each morning and night. Overall a great place to stay」
「When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated」

「Loved our one night stay at this hotel! We stayed in the Hathaway suite. Super comfortable and cozy, there was a fireplace (although we didn't use it), an AC for cooling or heating, a jetted spa, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, fridge, plenty of cutlery & crockery.
Check-in and check-out were easy. Free parking. Comfy couch and bed. It's part of a strip of shops so it's only a 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk to Dandenong Botanic Garden. Would absolutely stay here...
