"It’s ok for the price i guess"

"We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and want to warn other travelers. We booked Luxe Paradise Hotel Truong Chinh through Expedia based on the photos and description shown on the listing. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room looked nothing like the photos that were advertised online. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The couch and furniture were visibly stained and looked like they had not been properly cleaned. There were leaks in the room, and the overall condition of the property was poorly maintained. The air conditioning also did not work, which made the room very uncomfortable. Because of the unsanitary condition and how different the room was from the listing photos, we decided to leave immediately after seeing the room. We did not stay there at all. There was also no one at the front desk when we left, so we were unable to speak with any staff about the situation before leaving. We ended up having to book another hotel that same night, which cost us additional money. This was especially frustrating because it was our first night arriving in Hanoi, and instead of being able to settle in after a long trip, we had to spend time late at night finding another place to stay. The biggest issue is that the property appears to be misrepresented online. The photos on the booking listing do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms we were shown. Travelers should be very cautious when booking here and not rely solely on the photos shown "

"Bathroom walls and ceiling definitey need sound proof seriously. Room wall and floor shown bad water damages. Room keycard has an issue so a physical was provided to lock and unlock room. Room should not be available to guest until those basic issue resolved. Important: front desk personnel grading as poor. "

"This place is amazing, you can tell they put a lot of love into everything. The staff are always around and super helpful. There's a market and a pretty lake close by, and checking out was really fast and easy. Plus, they set up rides for a great price."

"It was not 4star . Very old interiors . Table light , fan didn’t work. Lights used to switch off . Luke warm water in shower even after 5 mins keeping on . Power outlets not working . "
