"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. It’s very easy to find, and right downstairs there is the NYNA Café, which is a big plus. The café is open 24/7, serves really good coffee, and is a great spot to relax at any time of the day or night.
