Minimal facilities for price given that a towel isn’t even included nor facilities to heat up food, etc. Staff friendly but gave no info upon check in. However, very clean!

We were a family of 6, including 3 kids and a grandma, so quite different from most of the younger guests! It looked like the most affordable place we all could stay in Dublin for the night. Our only issue was 5 euro charge per towel, and even no hand towels in bathroom - paper towels would have been nice. Great location in heart of Dublin but very difficult to find with Google directions, and not good parking instructions (tho this is probably not necessary for most guests)

Clean hostel great location

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay at Jacob’s Inn, I arrive on the Friday quite late on and the staff were super nice, made my way to the room and it was like a furnace, the room was boiling hot and the pod itself had zero air flow and I spent all night sweating sooooo bad that my covers were drenched and I literally got no sleep, there as the smallest fan in the far corner of the 10 man room which had absolutely zero effect and the one window that did open only opened about 2/3inches. I do appreciate that there was a heat wave but it made my stay pretty unbearable as it was the the same for all 3 nights I stayed. I’ve pretty much had no sleep at all the full weekend I was there. The facilities were pretty tired to be honest, everything worked and did the job but it was tired. Bar was really good and lovely and the staff again were super nice. Everything was clean and I seen a cleaner every night I was there.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Room so spacious and bed so comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff . Breakfast was delicious , plenty of choices to choose from. Free car parking. Definitely be back Thank you
