Great banyan, perfectly located near everything!!

We loved our stay here, it had everything we needed and the hosts were great too. It was so nice to be walking distance from the beach and shops and restaurants.

Great location, near beach and food options. STudio was serviceable but seating other than bed was limited to 2 very uncomfortable dining chairs that needed a pad.Nice well maintained grounds with 2 pools. Big parking lot, but instructions said we had a spac ebut that was reserved for the bigger unit next door and occupied so every day it was an adventure trying to find an open non-owner spot.

Everything you need!

The space was small but was set up well with what we needed for the 5 nights we stayed. It was nice and close to a couple of beaches and walking distance to restaurants and shops! We would stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

My 10 day vacation

Rental was beautiful! Location was perfect. The beach was a minute or two walk and the pool was even closer. Great shops and local food within walking distance too. I had an amazing stay.

Great location, friendly host

This place is newly renovated - stylish and cozy, a small studio perfect for two people. Location is perfect, right across from the beach. Dawn is also very communicative and friendly, answering all of our questions quickly. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kihei!

Great Host, Awesome Location !!!

Dawn is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. Amazing location and right next to the beach and everything. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Kihei.

Absolutely perfect

This condo has it all - great location near the beach (but minimal road noise), very well equipped and newly renovated. It exceeded our expectations. The location is terrific, steps to Kamaole 2 and other necessities like the Cinnamon Roll Place. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Perfect condo

This is a great little modern studio for 2 people. Close to beach (across the street), restaurants and easy driving distance to other points of interest. The beach chairs were great to have. We would recommend this complex. Owners were quick with response to questions. It's a quiet location, very secure with security guards patrolling and a nice pool and hot tub steps away.

Our experience has been great! Very welcoming and comfy. Everything was super clean upon arriving. Would definitely choose this place again. Everything was in walking distance, including restaurants and the beach! Even though you probably wont spend much time in the room, the smart tv is great for late night Netflix movies! Sean and Dawn are amazing hosts, they replied to every question/concern we had right away! You will not find a better place for the price.

Cozy suite, great location!

The suite was immaculate with lots of personal touches. The welcome package was very thoughtful. Great shower, and comfortable bed! The smart TV was excellent and the location can't be beat. Also a beautiful pool. Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board were appreciated. The property is well maintained. The only thing we ran into, that was unavoidable and a natural cause was the mosquitoes outside the property - be sure to keep all doors closed at all times. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

The Maui Banyan overall is a great complex. This specific unit is very nice. Recently updated and works great for a couple that doesn’t need all the things a full suite would have. In our 2 week stay, 90% of our meals where cooked onsite on the many bbqs on the property. Host checked with us during our stay and was very responsive to questions. The king bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone headed to this area that plans to enjoy their time outside and just needs a small place to sleep, do meal prep and relax.

Great location

The unit was exactly as described. I especially liked that it had a larger refrigerated / freezer. Most of these studio units only have a small dorm like one. Great location at the front of the property and just across the street to the beaches. I don’t rent a car when I travel, so I appreciate that this property is walking distance to shops, dining and Kihei boat ramp for activities. Communication with the host was prompt and clear.

Cozy and perfect for 2

This studio was perfect for our stay! It was super cute and exactly as pictured. Our host Dawn was wonderful to communicate with fast and responsive and she left us a basket with a bunch of goodies and snacks! They’ve literally thought of just about everything you’ll need. We had a cooler, backpack cooler, 2 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs that everyone in Maui has 😂 because they’re the best! She also provided the best light weight beach towels that smelled great! We loved the location, super close to like 4 highly Yelp reviewed restaurants, the beach was RIGHT across the street and we always found parking in front of our building.
