"前回ホテルの口コミを記載させていただきましたので、今回はホテル内のスパ（バンブースパ）に関して口コミさせていただきます。 ホテルは良かったのですが、残念ながらスパに関しては街中のスパの方が良かった感じです。 60分のオイルマッサージを頼みましたが、マッサージスタッフの方が終わった瞬間にフィニッシュといい、そのまま退室されました。 私は体中オイル塗れでタオルも渡されませんでした。街中のスパも試しましたが最後は暖かいタオルで拭き取ってくれましたが、バンブースパではありませんでした。 金額もそれなりにするのでその辺りは改善して欲しいと思いました。"

"This was our second stay at the JW Marriott, following last year. We had a great time relaxing in the blue ocean with white sand, playing in the ocean with free SUP boards and other equipment, and relaxing in the quiet ocean-view pool. This time we were especially treated well by the warm and wonderful staff, who made us feel at home and relaxed with just the right sense of distance, making our stay even more wonderful than the last time! The staff who checked us in, whose name escapes me, was particularly helpful. He moved us to a cooler area so my husband could work on his PC while we were waiting to check in, and he took me on a cart ride around the resort to keep me occupied. Ms. Emma was always attentive to our comfort. She took pictures, sent us a handwritten greeting cards, and gave us gifts and earplugs to apologize for the noisy events (since I have insomnia). Ms. May at Tempus Fugit also took care of us every morning to make sure we were comfortable and to enjoy our breakfast, which helped us to enjoy a pleasant start to the day. Ms.SANG, who was in charge of the Lamarck tour and entertained us, was especially good to us! She took care of us every time we met her. She made us feel at home with fun stories, gave us useful information such as fireworks in SunsetTown, and gave us a lot of warmth and care. I cannot express how much I appreciate your hospitality !
