「Great stay except for minimal hot water at night to take a shower….. I think everyone in the hotel was trying to shower at 8pm. Waited an hour and water was hot. Definitely planning another stay.」

「Stayed several times here...always 5 star. The only issue is please fix the ice machine. Get a big one and put a lock on it with a combination that you can give out so you can get ice at night after fishing...it's PIA to have to use a little bucket to get the ice. Other than that, great staff, answers questions, etc.」

「had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort. The rooms were just okay—not bad, but not the highlight of the trip. What really made the experience stand out was the outstanding staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was attentive, friendly, and quick to address any questions or issues right away. The beach and pool access are incredible. It’s so convenient to walk right out to the beach, and I loved that I could charge everything to my room, including the water...

「Enjoyed our stay and all the amenities at Great Wolf Water Park Hotel, the grizzly suite was perfect for Four adults and a child. The room was well maintained and comfortable! The water slides , pools and kids activities made it a fun day ! While you don’t have to leave the facility for food it was pricey and fair in quality , strange having to scan your cup for soda barely get enough to fill the cup in 6 seconds . Overall excellent stay!!!」
