Kitchen was fully equip with everything you would need if you wanted to cook. My favorite thing was the cleanliness of the place and the spectacular view of the ocean. My family and I were very impressed and would like to stay here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The location is excellent as well! We had such an amazing stay. There are beach chair and umbrella rentals right outside on the beach and everything is so convenient. The management company that manages this property is also incredibly kind, accommodating, organized, and helpful. Cannot recommend this property enough! We had the best time!

Great location- unit needs remodel

The view of ocean and beach is great! 3 balconies allow multiple views. Boardwalk to beach is right outside the building. Parking places are convenient to unit. The unit could use a facelift. Several interior doors are hard to open/close and locks do not work. The locking mechanisms are missing from 2 sliding doors. Several outlets did not work. Bathrooms are very spacious but toilets are very difficult to flush.

Always love our visit to Kiawah

This property (and the building itself) is dated and in need of some refreshing, new amenities, etc. However, it still suited our needs perfectly for three family couples. Each bedroom had a small deck and lovely view of the ocean, and it's own bathroom. The kitchen was small for our group, but we managed. The property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with. Our family comes to Kiawah almost every year and we have stayed in many condos. We certainly will consider this one again.

Fabulous Condo and Property

Condo is beautiful and spacious. Elevators are extremely slow. Few things that could use attention. It was difficult accessing key in lock box. Instructions should include need to pull lever after entering code. One of the windows in the living room does not open/close and allows water to seep into room and onto the floor. One of the window blinds in the living room needs repair to properly open and close. Overall we would rent this unit again in a hearbeat..

Beautiful beachfront location!

We really enjoyed the views and prime location of this unit. Also having three bedrooms each with their own bath was terrific. The unit itself was very clean. Kitchen items such as glassware, plates and pans were serviceable but quite worn and in need of updating. Televisions also old but not super important for a beach vacation.

Incredible ocean views

First time to kiawah with my mom and family on Mother’s Day weekend and this place did not disappoint. We had such an amazing weekend and this condo was so nice. The views, locations and beach access made for an unforgettable weekend. We will be booking again for next year!

Beach vacation.

Lovely ocean front condo. Every room had an ocean view. Beach was pristine and unspoiled. We even saw a deer on the dunes.

girls weekend

Had an awesome weekend. Location was awesome. Views from all bedrooms fantastic. Comfortable beds. Nice porches. Kitchen supplied well for our needs but didn't make any big meals. Should have been cleaner when we arrived. Could use some updates. Would rent again.

Great location, condo needs TLC.

the condo was nice and clean. However, one porch was moldy, another porch had very old out door chairs that were not appealing to sit in. the kitchen was well stocked but the cabinet doors are threatening to fall off. The family room was comfortable but the floor near the doors had something stuck to them. Some of the sliding doors were missing locks. We definitely enjoyed our trip because we just needed a place to eat and sleep. My opinion, someone just needs to fix a few things to make it spectacular.

Amazing views, great location

We had a nice stay at this Windswept unit. When you walk in, the ocean views are sweeping. The condo is bright and open with a convenient floor-plan for a family. Every room has a view. We had six guests total: my husband and myself, our teenage daughters and my senior parents. Everyone seemed to have enough space. The bedrooms each have a bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay. A few things that need attention: deferred maintenance throughout, kitchen could use updated essentials ie pots, pans, toaster, microwave. Dining room only has five chairs, so six guests cannot sit at table. Desk in primary bedroom doesn’t have a chair, bathroom floors could use bath mats. There are a lot of needless items taking up space ie old tube tv on floor of bedroom closet, old construction materials in hall closet, large cassette stereo, knickknacks.

Great Kiawah Value

This unit’s location is superb. We were within a very short walk to our beach chairs at all times and only a short bike ride from food, coffee, and park at all times. The rooms were good sizes and had great views. There were three porch areas for beach watching and you could always see the ocean from the many huge windows. The housekeeping staff was great. We had no A/C for our first day and night but the property manager very quickly had a repair done within hours of us calling. Leaving more supplies for longer stays would be appreciated (more than one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine tablet, etc). I also wish we had access to the pool. Either way, a great stay. We will book again.
