「Property was 90% clean and inviting. Linens, beds, floors, porch, appliances were all great. The small things we found: hair from previous guests still clogged on top of the shower drain; kitchen trash can liner had been replaced, but there was an old banana peel at the bottom; the kitchen counter had not been wiped off--there was dirt, sticky spots, and I found two small wood finish nails on top of the counter, that were hidden by the multi-colored finish of the countertop. 」

「A nice unit that needs some TLC, but peeling paint, missing light bulbs, etc., are easy to fix. It would be helpful to have something like foil or wax paper in the kitchen. Location is very convenient to the beach.」
