We have stayed on Kiawah for 25 years and this place was the cleanest thus far! I even did the full finger test above pictures and ledges!Easy check in and had the area to ourselves! Off season has great rates and it’s so peaceful! We will be back again! Left the place as clean as when we got there! Repeats need a 10% discount!
Lagoon view was wonderful! Best view out of all the villas!

This is the second time we have stayed at this complex. It is quiet and well located . Sweetgrass was a very responsive management company when we had some maintenance issues. Beds were comfy .Nice screened porch . Poor lighting in the living area for reading was really the only negative.

Great stay in Kiawah!

The property was located in a great location on Kiawah, directly across the street from Turtle Point golf course. It was very quiet and a short ride to the beach and resort restaurants. And the condo was nice and clean. We loved the screened in porch.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The condo was very clean. There were ample bath towels and of nice quality. The condo was very clean. It has a nice layout. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch looking over a pond. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question. Near East Beach and Kiawah venues

We took advantage of walking to and on beautiful East beach. Very quiet property with convenient driving access to Ocean Course, the Sanctuary, Freshfields Village, and Seabrook Island restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and comfortable. Had to get water, beach towels, and coffee (one pot was complimentary). Great sightings of turtles, alligators at safe distance, and herons.

Great Vacation Rental

Perfect villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property is located in a great spot. Easy 10 minute walk or few minute bike ride to the beach. Lots of wildlife in the lagoon that was fun to watch. Perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.
