Pool closed, slow service. Will not return!

Nice and relaxing hotel, however the room that I booked (junior suite) was supposed to be with a balcony. The pool was closed for renovation (no information about this on the website!). This hotel has 3 junior suites and only 1 has balcony. This is not advertised on the website. The service in the restaurant on the 6th floor is appalling: slow (45 minutes to deliver desert). Almost nobody speaks English, I can understand it is not a must, but this is not a 5 * hotel, merely a 3 star hotel.

Interesting hotel suitable for families.

Nice hotel with attractions for families and kids. Hotel located next to a green park. Resturant was above average. Hotel rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel can be difficult to get to by taxi.

Great place to stay in Kharkiv

This hotel is in excellent location in Taras Shevchenko park. Access is difficult by car, as there are 2 barriers and taxi drivers don't usually know how to get there. Always enter from Sumska street. Hotel is clean. The standard rooms are too small for a 5 star, but the junior suite was adequate. Food was great at the restaurant for breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte. Slow during dinner time for service. Nice rooftop terrace. Rooms are properly maintained and they have afternoon turndown service. Complimentary water in the room. Included is also sauna, pool, jacuzzi. Massage is extra and pretty good. Staff is mostly accommodating. Dolphin shows every day, though we didn't attend, as we've done it elsewhere before.

Super hôtel, propre, cosy. Fantastique spa et les soins. Le petit-déjeuner délicieux, un mélange de la cuisine ukrainienne et européenne. On s’est régalé. Superbe terrasse et piscine à l’extérieure également.

Clean and pleasant hotel

A very nice hotel centrally located a little issue due to it being in the middle of a park getting a Uber to the front of the hotel. However clean attentive staff. There are Dolphins at the hotel which I am not to sure about if they should be kept in captivity nevertheless a great clean hotel.

This is a really good hotel in great location. Nemo is in the heart of the city and in a most beautiful park. Step outside and the park is beautiful and at your feet. It is easy to walk to the main streets and close to the metro. Nemo has nice amenities, gym, spa, massage, swimming pools, aquarium, dolphin show. The restaurant on the roof has a great city view and nice menu. If you want to save money then you can find cheaper, but if you want a great place to stay while in Kharkov I highly recommend Nemo Hotel.

The construction on the park made it impossible to get a taxi in and out of the Hotel, Had to walk a distance to catch a taxi. I would not stay there again until construction is complete, If I where told about the construction I would not have stayed there.

3 Nächte im Hotel

Das Hotel ist ideal für den Sommer, zusammen mit Kindern. Das Delfinarium ist direkt daneben und es gibt für den Hotelgast auch Vergünstigungen. Wir waren im Februar, es war kalt und die Zugangswege waren mit Schnee und Eis bedeckt. Darum war das Spazieren etwas unangenehm. Da dieses Hotel viel mit Wasser zu tun hat, riecht es halt nach Chlor, was aber nicht unangenehm war. Es hat ein kleines Schwimmbad, und Saunen und Sprudelbad und ein Fitnesscenter mit vielen Geräten. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach ist 24 Stunden geöffnet und das war für uns super, weil wir auch in der Nacht noch was essen konnten und mal etwas zwischendurch.
