「This hotel is absolutely tremendous and very much our “go to” when in Kharkiv. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always top notch. They do an excellent job in the circumstances of the full-scale war. 」

「Perfect stay and will choose this hotel the next time I’m in town. Thank You. 」

「Excellent location. Nice comfortable room (#19). However the beds are really low height. Kind of strange, but comfortable. Recommended overall. 」

「Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized! 」

「Professional stuff made stay pleasant and comfortable. 」

「Great service, very welcome. Excellent location. Superb value Negative, the bathroom could do with a bit of modernising」
