The kitchen is open to the living room with bar counter seating and is fully-equipped with full a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and sink disposal. All glassware, dishes, utensils, and cookware are there whether you choose to cook at home or heat up leftovers after dining out at one of the fantastic eateries in Key West.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years or older with proper identification and be an occupant of the property. The maximum number of people allowed in this property is 6. If there are more than 6 people are in your party upon arrival, your party will be asked to leave without compensation.
