Key West is awesome

Excellent location, quite complex. Walking distance from end to end of Duval street, waterfront beach and plenty of close restaurants. Parking is horrible you will need to be creative and aggressive but not disrespectful of the locals.

1st Trip to Key West

We had a fabulous stay! Great location, quiet and easy access to bike or walk to beaches, restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect---clean, comfortable, stylish and has everything you need. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early and when our flight got significantly delayed, we were allowed to check out late which was so helpful. The condo has two great balconies and we accidentally locked ourselves out the very first morning in our pajamas and without a cell phone or keys! After some initial panic (!!!), we eventually figured out that there was a lock box on the balcony with a key probably for the very reason that it is easy to lock yourself out so just be careful. Overall, this is a great property for a Key West vacation and we would definitely recommend it.

Clean and Close to everythjng

Great little condo in quiet Truman annex shipyard condos! It was clean with a well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It was really close to everything. We walked everywhere only took the rental car out once and that was to drive to Key Largo for a boat excursion! Key West in July is sweltering and the air was nice and cold. The pool was clean and bigger than most! Can’t wait to go back! They even let us have a later check out due to tropical storm Elsa causing our flight to be delayed.

Key West get away

We have been to Key West before and this time we wanted to stay at a condo. The Royal Poinciana was the perfect size for the 2 of us. I loved the kitchen as well as the double balconies. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, The Duval Loop Bus as well as many bars & restaurants.

Key west getaway

The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed. We wish we would have known that the coffee maker was only for the little self serve cups earlier so we could bring a drip coffee maker. It was convenient to downtown Key West and Fausto's grocery. The swimming pool was close to this appartment.

Beautiful condo situated within a quiet complex

Have just returned from a 10 night stay at this condo and was very impressed. Very clean and clearly well maintained with all the amenities you’d expect and more! Situated in a quiet area on the second floor it really was a pleasure staying here. Compass (rental company) were in hand if required and provided an excellent level of service throughout the biking process and during our stay. A car parking space is provided which was useful and thank god for the air con!!

Relax and refresh

This unit is quiet and fully equipped for up to four comfortably. It was quiet and nicely decorated. Had all the amenities you would need while vacationing. The pool is close and you cannot hear noise from it. We moved our car one time and that wan to eat one afternoon at El Siboney. We walked everywhere and were out from sun up to sundown three days in a row. The trolley is the best way to see the sites because you can hop on and off all day at multiple locations every 15 minutes. The Ghosts and Graveyard tour was fun too. I would recommend any place for Happy Hour because everything is half off. We enjoyed The Thirsty Mermaid, Raw Bar Half Shell, Conche Republic, Schooners Wharf for music, Sloppy Joe’s for music, The Butterfly Conservatory was beautiful. We will definitely stay in Shipyard again. Being able to walk thru Truman Annex at 2:00 in the morning was very nice and safe. We really enjoyed being close to everything. Two blocks from Duvall Street and a block from The Green Parrot Home of the best Island popcorn and the 0 mile marker. Thank you for such a beautiful place to relax and refresh.
