Great Family Vacation

Condo had everything needed to start our vacation. Was clean and property manager had excellent communication. The pool was warm and clean. Our family had an excellent stay.

Great location. Fish across the street. Rent bikes!

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The unit itself is a little dated, but it was clean and the location was great. We biked everywhere and never got in the car once. The husbands could fish a jetty literally right outside the door and we were a quick bike ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Definitely would stay here again.

Key West Powerboat Races

The resort and balcony views were beautiful. The condo was clean and accommodating. The condo could use some updating, but the price point reflected the dated decor (especially old carpet). Would recommend to others.

It was a big outdated but clean. We loved the view! Biggest issue was the door. It was a bit hard to lock. Would have prefered a key pad vs a key.

Great stay in La Brisa

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo that had an ocean view. Great location, easy drive to stores, downtown area, airport. Roberta, the property manager was so very helpful. The unit is nicely furnished with everything you need. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice view and great pool

Four ladies had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week despite less than ideal weather. If you like to swim the large pool is heated to perfection and the hot tub is nice too. No way to stream anything on the TVs though.

Nice Quiet Place

This is an older but very well kept condo community. It was very clean and the property manager was extremely kind and responsive to our needs. It would be perfect if it were closer to downtown, but if you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way spot, this is a great choice. The island is small and Uber is available within 1 minute anywhere on the island, day or night.

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed the view. Very short walk to the beach. Watching the Zombie bike ride from the Balcony, awesome. It is an older unit but everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay there again.

Stunning view!

This condo was great. The proximity to the beach and the view were amazing! I could sit on the deck and stare at the blue water endlessly. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable but the other beds were fine. Key West is a great place to visit and this condo was on the quit side of town, which we loved. Our family of 5, with 3 teenagers, loved our stay. We will happily stay here again if we ever find our way back to the keys!

The best place in Key West!

I prefer the southen location and I stayed at other properties on the south shore. This place is simply the best for those who want to be in close proximity to the beach. The condo is clean and spacious for a family of four and has ALL the amenities you can possibly need. The owner is very nice and responsive. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which overlooks the ocean.

Room With A View

The apartment was clean and very spacious. The view of the ocean was lovely. The location was just a short drive to any venue. The pool was lovely BUT it was Florida in the summer and the pool water was quite warm. My only negative issue is that the twin bed mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Key West Vaca

We really enjoyed the property. It was close to Smathers Beach. We could watch and hear the ocean from the deck every day. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. We wanted to stay away from the Bustle of downtown so this was perfect. We had a place to park are car if we wanted to Uber. The owner responded quickly to any question we had. We enjoyed the property pool and hot tub. The building is older, but clean and kept up. It was not extravagant or fancy, but met our needs for our trip. We did use utensils etc to cook breakfast several mornings.

Great birthday trip

We stayed for a long weekend for a friend’s birthday. The view is amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee in the morning. The condo had everything we needed. The master bedroom and bathroom were nice and the bed was comfortable. Our friends said the twin mattresses in the other bedroom were extremely hard though. We enjoyed the pool and cooked on the grill too. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Key West.

Mother/daughter girls trip

I chose this property as it was ocean view, which it was. Easy access to the beach. Easy for deliveries and Uber pick ups. The only complaint was that the elevator was down due to a power surge the week before, but that was due to a storm and nothing could help that. We had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs, not a big deal for my sister and I, but difficult for our 73 year old mother. The property manager was great - quick responses to questions/concerns. If you have someone that needs handicap accessibility, this would not work if elevator was down. It was clean and bright. Deck was great for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. Kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Plenty of towels. Having laundry was great as we were caught up before we left.

Great property,unfortunate timing.

First and foremost, the property owner, Roberta, was fantastic to deal with.I believe this can be the most important factor in a successful rental experience.She was very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival and even contacted us during our stay to make us aware of cool events taking place in KW during our stay.The condo was clean and as advertised. Beautiful views from from living room and bedrooms.Unfortunately for us, a long running construction project across the street with heavy equipment was taking place during our entire stay and was noisy and detracted from the experience. To be fair, I saw the project was going on the previous year but never imagined it would still be going on a year later. They moved very, very slowly. This in no way reflects negatively on Roberta or the beautiful condo and location under normal circumstances.We hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future....without the daily construction crews.

Awesome Condo with a View!

First off, communication with Roberta was FANTASTIC! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures! The condo was bigger than expected, with lots of closet space and amenities not listed: beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, grill accessories, etc. The kitchen has tons of dishes and cups/glasses, everything you need to cook with plenty of containers for food. The dining area has a really nice table with space for 4 people. The living room is very spacious as well. The bedrooms were just as listed in the pictures with fans and plenty of cool air from the vents along the ceiling. The condo stayed cold the whole time we were there. The condo complex is gated and we felt safe the whole time...not that it is in a bad area or anything. The pool area was really nice too, pool, hot tub and showers in the restrooms at the pool. We used the showers in the restroom to get the sand off of us from visiting Smathers Beach, which is right across the street. Having a beach right across the street was a big plus too. Overall, probably the best place we have stayed at in Key West for the comfort, amenities, and price point!

Vacation in paradise

The condo was perfect!!! Close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings on the balcony. Pool was clean. Grounds are beautiful. We look forward to staying here next year!!
