Beautiful facility! Great communication by/with Host. Property was clean, well laid out, safe with a gorgeous pool. Location is within walking distance to Smathers beach, restaurants and local shops. Condo itself was very clean, spacious and large enough for 4 people. Beautiful views as well!

We loved this property! We wanted to stay somewhere near the beach, with a pool/hot tub and with a balcony with an ocean view, but still a short Uber ride to Duval St. This was perfect! The property was clean, well maintained and a good mix of residents and vacationers. Our only challenge was that the check in process required us to stop at Vacasa's Duval St location to pick up a key fob to get in the building (the door to the unit had a code). It added some extra time and stress to getting into the property once we arrived in Key West. Thankfully we had a car, but it was still an added step we hadn't planned for. We would definitely stay here again, but wish the added step to check in would have been disclosed earlier.

The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you.

Excellent unit in a great location

This was the perfect place for my crew and me to recover from the Keys 100 race. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the large balcony and swimming in the pristine pool. It was easy to scooter or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Key West at 1800 Atlantic, Atlantic Parrot

Been to 1800 Atlantic condos many times. Atlantic Parrot condo was excellent as we expected.Would have liked to have one more key fob, two wasn't enough as we had each of us going in different directions daily.

Great location and amenities

Unit was dated but kept up. Felt a little sterile with things missing like Kleenex and area rugs. Wish there had been some instructions on how to access pool and recommendations/map on things nearby. It was clean but we did find two random pills on the floor. Had to drive downtown to get keys. It’s a nice space with the deck and two bedrooms and baths. Appreciated the provided coffee. Beach chairs quite worn.

Pleasant Stay

The unit is comfortable and offers plenty of space to enjoy. The pool and beach areas are very nice and looks they were recently updated.It would help if the unit provided a binder/brochures of things to do. This is expected when we stay at a VRBO site. Overall it was an enjoyable time.

60th Birthday Celebration

Very nice condo, nice views, good location, very quiet. Pool and hot tub area were more than we ever expected. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Key West.

Wedding Trip

The condo is very dated. We had a lot of flashing of light fixtures and switches not working. It is on a very busy street so sitting on the balcony was very loud. The hallway must have flooded at some point because it was very smelly, damp and musty.they finally got a handle on that by bringing in some drying machines. The fire alarms went off a couple times. The pool area is very nice.

The property was great and the condo was super cute. The issue was with the management company. We were given the wrong keys to enter the building and only was able to enter once another tenant was walking out and held the door for us. We tried to contact management several times to let them know our keys didn’t work, and were not able to reach anyone to resolve it. Due to the fact we had no keys, we were not able to leave the property for food or do activities because we wouldn’t be able to get back in. We also were not able to use the amenities at the condo because we needed the proper keys.

Enjoying Key West from the Gulf side

We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Parrot: 1) we chose to stay on the Gulf side to save a few bucks and so we could explore Key West's neighborhoods on our way to Mallory Square, Margaritaville, Sloppy Joe's, etc. 2) The Vacasa management and team were terrific, communicative and understanding - we'll definitely use them again! 3) Like any time you're a guest in a condo complex, be sure to understand the rules/expectations before you check in. Vacasa did a good job summarizing them for us.

Beautiful place to stay

I would recommend anyone coming to Key West to stay at this property. I would stay there again. The rooms are nice, spacious and very clean. The only downfall is that you have to go to another location to retrieve/ drop off keys.

Very Tired Condo

First off they haven’t updated the building locks so you need a physical key for the entrance, pool, etc. The condo was clean but very dated and the 2nd bedroom with very high ceilings and NO ceiling fan!! Quite hot even in January. No extra paper towels in the kitchen. No Laundry soap. No list of sport equipment like the ping pong paddles and balls, tennis racquets. The beach had broken glass so no walking on the beach. Nice view of the beach was the best part plus the large heated pool

Great location and view

The condo was clean and spacious and in a great location to enjoy everything we wanted to do. We loved the patio and view, as well as the pool area also with a great view. Picking up the key downtown was annoying, especially once we didn’t arrive until 7pm on Saturday night. We had an issue with the garage opener not working and Vacasa sent someone out but they were unable to fix. The day before we were leaving they called to say it was fixed. We thought it was odd that everywhere there were 3 chairs - patio, kitchen table and stools. We made due, but it would have been nice to have 4. Master bed could use replacing. All of us said the positives outweigh the negatives and we would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
