Bucolic Hideaway

The pictures are spot on. This is about the nicest rental out of many in which we have had the pleasure of vacationing. It is well appointed, on a lovely canal with two decks and a fun size pool. I recommend bringing your boat and renting if you dont have one. This stay was made complete using the personal dock right out front for daily outings all over the Gulf and Atlantic. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this location, the house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having a deck attached to the backyard for our boat. We had a manatee come right up to the dock. Thank you so much.

Really liked it

My husband and I really liked the unit. I especially liked the space for the price, the pool, access to the cabana club, the location across from the golf course, and the fact that the building is fairly new. I felt the cloth furniture could have been vacuumed; it would be nicer if the unit had keyless entry rather than physical keys that have to be picked up and dropped off at the property manager location; and the unit could be stocked with better pots and pans for those who want to cook in the unit. Also note that the unit only comes with starter trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. When had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager corrected it right away. If we go back to KCB, we would rent this unit again.

Perfect vacation destination for active families. Enjoyed water sports, beach, and amenities.

Beautifully decorated contemporary and clean home. Loved second floor porch overlooking canal and sparkling pool. The two living areas and large modern kitchen were ideal for family relaxation. We enjoyed short walks to the Cabana Beach Club, Sunset Park, and the Par 3 golf across the street.

Great House in a Great Community

This house looks exactly as pictured. It is very modern and clean. It fit three couples comfortably with the ability to feel like you could spread out. The pool is great and you should make sure to have it heated if you’re staying when the water is not the warmest. Having the Cabana Club passes was also a bonus! This community is a great place to stay. Everyone is really friendly. There is construction still happening around the island but they have done a great job getting everything back up and running. Overall, it was a great vacation. We would stay in this house again, which says a lot for us!

Despite the terrible damage done by Irma, the place was back in good shape and all amenities were there. Very comfortable for multiple couples and kitchen was very spacious for creating great meals.
