Location is nice because it stands near the Bismarck platz where I can ride tram or bus. Plus it is easy access to the supermarket (REWE) and the department store (Kauhof).
This is the third time to stay here and as usual this time again I was totally satisfied with staying here.
If I put something here to add and hope for the next stay, I would like for the Heidelberger hof to put the fridge in the room.

"Receptionists learn hospitality. When I need note book, I asked them if there are selling note. Their answer is just no, and I asked them if there is a kiosk nearby.
