Hotel Isomura was a warm and welcoming place to stay! The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable Japanese-style inn rooms. The women's bath was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in Kesennuma and this hotel!

The property is right on the beach and the rooms have a beautiful view. They have a nice hot bath for men and women. The food is amazing and the presentation of the food is also wonderful. Wonderful customer service. Be aware their English in this area of Japan is not the best.

It's not the picturesque corner of town but a great stay not far from everything you need. Clean, safe, quiet. Hospitality & breakfast were top notch! Thank you so much!!

Had an excellent stay. Staff was helpful, room was spacious and quiet and a really delicious and plentiful breakfast

The hotel is very convenient to the train station, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel provides multiple vending machines for your convenience which is nice because the nearest 7/11 I could find was about a 10 minute walk. Getting near the port is also easy enough, it's about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area and some good restaurants.

They even helped us pick out drinks for us to try and the frozen beer was the...

I loved my stay here and I wish I had thought to stay here the previous night as well. It's right by the train station, so it's very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and I really enjoyed my check in experience with them. The western-style rooms here look comfortable but a little outdated in decor. However, I booked a Japanese room and I was assigned the 和室B, which is the bigger of the two the hotel has available. It was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious. Beautiful view. And very...
