Hotel Isomura was a warm and welcoming place to stay! The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable Japanese-style inn rooms. The women's bath was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in Kesennuma and this hotel!

初めて利用させていただきました。コンパクトな和風ホテルでとても居心地が良かったです。特にマイナス点は感じませんでした。 朝ごはんは聞きしに勝るクオリティでした。特に塩辛は最高です！メーカーや販売所を従業員の方が親切に説明してくださいました。 後で調べたらとても普通のレストランでは使わないハイクオリティなものでした。息子は普段は塩辛食べませんが、全く違うものだ！ともりもり食べてました。磯村さん、流石です。

とても良かったです。施設も綺麗で部屋も広くとても快適でした。スタッフの方々も優しくて、朝食も品数が多くメカジキのダシ茶漬けや海鮮丼にして食べたり色んな食べ方を教えて下さり感謝です。おいしかった！ 屋上からの景色も良かったですね。 土曜宿泊者、なおかつ女性限定で選べるアメニティ入りリバーシブルの巾着はとても素敵なプレゼントで、これからは小物入れにして使います。また泊まりたいです。

朝食のごはんがとてもおいしかったです。

施設は新しく清潔で快適でした。夕食なし朝食付きのプランでしたが、朝食もおいしかったです。お風呂がもう少し大きければ言うことなしですが、駅まで送迎もしていただき、本当にありがとうございました。
