My only disappointment was that I had indicated that I needed disabled access when I booked the room. The manager expressed their dismay, but since they were fully booked, there was nothing that they could do. Is there anything you can do with your site to pass such information along? 」

We have requested something the night before. We were told it won’t be a problem. I even see how they took note of it for the morning shift and in the morning they said no and totally dismiss the fact that other staff had said yes. It was not a big or crazy request so that kind of ruined our last day. ...

「My ONLY negative comment was the confusion (and I was not the only guest) with the unattended check in. Main house had a note saying "remote check in"...there was nobody onsite to guide uou on what/where/how. I had not received my instructions prior with room # and access details...another guest helped me out and I guessed the correct room number...OTHERWISE...FABULOUS!!!! 「We were in town for my grandfather’s funeral. We were so excited to see The Skowhegan available. The price was very affordable. Our room was perfect. Our view looked right over the damn and the American flag was lit up at night. We would definitely come back again. The only complaint is our code to the main entrance didn’t work.
