「The hotel was very dirty. Carpets were in dire need of cleaning all throughout the facility. The faucet in the tub was leaking, there was black mold in the tub, hairs in bathroom and the deadbolt was broken. We could not stay there. I would like a full refund.」

「I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing.」

Aside from hair in the shower, it was clean. Beds comfy. ATV trails right there! Right on main road so it can get noisy. Plenty of parking. It is pet-friendly. 「No breakfast no pets not even service dogs. Staff argue and say your wrong. Thought customer always right. Claimed dogs were in room cause dog hair on dresser off clothes. But did not. No pool nothing for kids. Cost more then what should for what you get. 」
