We had a lovely stay at this property. Ryan was very kind, helpful, and promptly replied to all the communications we had before the trip. The balcony in each room was a plus with the most stunning view! This place was clean, safe, and had a well-marked sign, when entering off the main road. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

We both have an excellent time the bed was so comfortable. I can’t remember getting such a good night sleep. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. The view was spectacular. Everything about our stay was superb no complaints. Looking forward to staying next year.

The views were magnificent! We took advantage of the continental breakfast every morning - a bonus was being able to pick fresh Maine blueberries to eat with those meals! My son enjoyed practicing disc golf after purchasing a starter set at Northwoods Outfitters. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Very nice motel/hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and all of them have a balcony. The rooms could use some updating, but for the price and the proximity to Moosehead Lake, it's a great value.

Kineo View Lodge is a nice, homey place nestled in a meadow surrounded by trees. The view from the rooms is spectacular, especially in autumn. The rooms are clean and the beds, comfy. I love the staff! Ryan, the owner, is super nice. Robin, the desk clerk, is also very friendly and helpful. Joyce is welcoming as well. They also have a little gift shop in which I always manage to find something cute to buy. Breakfast is included in the price. I have been here twice already and hope to return again next year.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious, comfortable room. Only downside for me was the lack of local or broadcast television . You can login to any subscriptions you have, but I have Cable at home and although I was able to login and access my DVR, a very limited amount of programming is available while traveling. Room also had very thin walls...I could hear the people next door talking through the wall. That said, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
