My husband & I have found many hotels/motels have not been renovated or nearly as clean as they appear on their website. We booked this motel last minute and I was dreading what we might be getting for the night but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and spacious. The young lady at the check in desk was a sweetheart. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The pool has rules that no children are to be in the pool from 9pm-11pm. My adult son and I went to the pool at 9:30pm and there were several loud children playing and horsing around. It was hard to enjoy our hot tub experience. Also, the hot tub had things floating in that didn't belong. Overall, great experience.

All around great visit

All departments had wonderful customer service. Room was clean, pool and hot tub clean. Kitchen refurbished breakfast food at a reasonable rate. The gentleman that worked in the kitchen he was very helpful and attended to the parents and kids.

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more items than the usual continental breakfast would have including eggs, bacon, sausage and Belgian waffles. It was tasty and Staff was there to help if need be.

We love Kenai and the location is good and very accessible. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Beds were comfortable. We could hear other people, but it was quiet after it got late. Bathroom could use some mildew treatment. Staff was really nice and helpful.
