Lovely hotel. Very clean and perfect location next to Marble Arch underground. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and perfect for shopping on Oxford Street. Staff were lovely. Room was bright, spacious and very clean.

Great experience. Its a smaller Hotel, but lacks nothing. Wonderful rooms, helpful and friendly staff, great location with South Kensington Tube station within 2 minutes reach. V&A, Natural History museum, science museum, Hyde Park are all nearby. We really enjoyedthe Ampersam. Thank you!

Unfortunately my room had inadequate facilities (a wardrobe that didn’t allow for full-length storage of my garments) but the staff downstairs put it right and moved me to a better room.
The breakfast the following day was wonderful and all-in-all, a lovely stay. Would definitely return:

The hotel has real potential,we got upgraded free of charge to a suite. However it wasnt that clean. The bed & bathroom was, but the bedside table was dusty, and where the tea & coffee is kept there was spillages which hadn’t been cleaned. Also dents in the wall,and the carpet needed a good clean. ...
