We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable bathroom was clean.

The hotel was exceptionally well‑maintained, and the rooms were spotless. The staff was helpful and respectful, always making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast selection and the cozy atmosphere. Best of all, the location was perfect—close to major tourist attractions like the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and the bridge, and just a short walk from the train station.

Super professional, courteous and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was great…near Borough Market and London Bridge underground station.
