「As a first time user, pleasantly surprised with the quality and convenience of this Easy hotel. Will definitely use again when next visiting Ipswich. We chose a room with a window (frosted glass), so can't comment on how it would feel if windowless. Room compact and fine for a short stay (we stayed 2 nights). Good temperature control. Lots of breakfast options nearby, so the fact that this is not provided is not problematic. 」
「Loved the de luxe room we were allocated. Whole of hotel was classy from the decor to staff attentiveness.Only chose to have the breakfast option which had many choices to choose from. Hotel is in the centre of Southwold and most things happen from the tour centre. Will definitely be going back there again.」

「Had booked a single room but on arrival found out I had been upgraded to a double. Happy days. All staff I encountered, especially the breakfast employees, were so helpful, kind thoughtful and friendly. Room was plenty big enough even with my dogs bed. Shower was efficient and so the hotel was quiet at night. Only gripe - tea bags were not what I’m used to and not great. Otherwise ideal stay. Great vfm too. 」
