"Room was clean. Staff were welcoming Breakfast was ok, needs another coffee machine as there were lines every morning. Spa - The sauna wasnt working and in the addititonal package - the steam room wasnt working. Lockers were broken too. Additional package was not worth the additional money."

"It's clean and cheap, perfectly good for a one-night stay. Tiny room with barely enough room to walk around the bed. Funky hooks but no real storage. I've stayed here a couple of times before and I know what to expect. My main gripe on this occasion was how an overnight fire alarm was dealt with. ..."

"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."
