"The Kelowna property on Powick had nice rooms and good amenities and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of hot entees and healthy options to choose from. However it was the staff that made the stay exceptional. Mickey at the breakfast buffet was helpful and friendly to everyone, and Arsh at the front desk was also very friendly and accommodating especially considering the pressure they were under on such a busy tournament weekend with a hotel full of young volleyball players."

"We enjoyed our here. Nichole was super quick to reply to any of our questions and very helpful. Positives: The bedrooms were large and it was nice to have your own washroom. The towels were super soft and BIG. The place was very clean and fresh with all hotel amenities but a homey feel. The only really negative was that there was no railing down the back steps. "
