With 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and bathtub, and amenities like a washing machine/dryer, heating, and WiFi, guests will have everything they need for a fabulous stay. Centrally located ground level condo with great proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores, Silver Mountain Ski Resort, Galena Ridge Golf Course and the trail of the Coeur D'Alene's. Approximately 45 minutes to Lookout Pass Ski and Recreation Area and Hiawatha Trail. Fully remodeled with an open floor plan and LVP throughout. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Time: 11AM •Gather used towels, sheets and pillowcases. Place in front of the washing machine. •Throw trash away. Dumpster provided at the North end of the building.
•Please ensure dishwasher is loaded and the load has been started. We are happy to unload when we are there cleaning. •Clean coffee pot.
•Set thermostat to 65 degrees during winter months. Turn off during summer months. •Turn things off: Coffee pot, lights, tv, fans, etc. •Close windows and lower shades. •Lockup.
