Most staff were great, especially Dennis who amazingly carried our suitcases down & up the stairs on arrival & leaving, Also organised our transfer to airport, always very helpful. Loved the River boat hotel idea and the view of the river. The breakfast was terrific and dining room was lovely. Safe and handy area to Old Town & Jewish quarter.

Great location. We loved the beer spa. Our room was across the courtyard from reception and it was so nice and quiet and warm with comfy beds so we got great sleep every night. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay there again!

I’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel over a period of 10 years. Rooms are clean and reception staff are helpful. Hotel is also in an excellent location with good Metro transport links. The main sights are also accessible on foot from this locale. Breakfast is also pretty good. Overall great value for the price point.

Very nice room, clean and modern, with complimentary champagne on arrival. Very friendly and welcoming staff, with free mulled wine and coffee in the luxurious reception area when we arrived. Breakfast was great and we also dined one evening in the restaurant, which was also very nice. Would definitely recommend and return again.
